Standard Application Service: $20 per application (basic form completion & checks).
Premium Application Service: $40–$60 per application (SOP writing, CV tailoring, translation, follow-ups).
We operate a two‑stage success model: the client pays 50% of the agreed fee when the funded offer is officially confirmed, and the remaining 50% once the student joins the program. This applies to MS, PhD, Postdoc, TA/RA and faculty placements. (No 15% model — milestone‑based model implemented.).
Note: Per-application fees: Non-refundable; these cover application drafting and submission work. University admission fee will be applied as per university policy and is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Success fees apply only upon confirmed offers.
Below are the recommended documents for each program. Specific universities may request additional items — we will confirm with each target before application.
When you submit documents for free review, our team will validate each file for completeness and suggest improvements (CV layout, SOP clarity, missing translations). We will create a "Submission Pack" for each target application that contains only the documents required by that university or professor. This reduces rework and increases success rate.
Follow these steps to begin: Submit documents for free review, review our target suggestions, sign the Initial Agreement when you decide to proceed with outreach/applications.
Upload required documents (CV, transcripts, SOP, passport). We'll provide feedback and a list of recommended targets within 3–7 business days.
Choose your preferred countries and programs from our tailored list. We will finalize outreach strategy.
Sign the agreement (3 or 6 months) which details success fees and payment terms. We begin outreach after the agreement.
We contact professors and departments, submit applications where required, and arrange meetings. We manage follow-ups and negotiate when applicable.
When you receive an official offer or funding confirmation, success fees are due within 3 business days. Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal or escrow services.

Application service fees are non-refundable as they cover consultation, document review, and application preparation work. Success‑fee model applies only upon successful funded offer confirmation and joining. If no opportunity is secured within the contract period, no success‑fee is charged.

Visa processing must be handled by the applicant, university, embassy, or authorized immigration providers. We take no responsibility for visa outcomes.
We store and use documents only for evaluation and academic placement. No third‑party sharing without consent. Users may request data deletion anytime.
Applicants must submit genuine documents. Any falsified information may result in service termination.
